Delivering what you need
I strive to provide clients with a service that focuses on individual needs and to find a commercially viable solution. I have experience acting for both Landlords and Tenants in leasehold transactions, whether you are looking to renew your lease or perhaps vary an existing lease. I am on hand to assist and guide you with any queries that you may have.
I have also dealt with recording public rights of way over land and making various applications to the Land Registry, including first registrations and applications for prescriptive easements.

Further information
I attained a 2:1 in Law LLB from the University of Leicester in 2018. I particularly enjoy drawing upon the research skills gained during my studies to find solutions to problems.
Outside of work I play for a local six-aside football team that I also manage. I also enjoy participating in running events when I can.
